The goal of any business is to generate income for the owner. Key to that for massage therapists is how we set our rates and how we use discounts. Setting (and raising) rates needs to be based on more than the going rate. This course will show you other ways to approach this task (that gives so many of us the heebie-jeebies). Discounts take money out of your pocket but if you use them strategically, they can be a valuable marketing tool. This course will walk the student through a 5-point evaluation of any discount to determine what can work for you and what won’t.
